The Lyson honey bottler is a device used for pumping, measuring, and dispensing honey into containers. It is operated by a foot pedal or bottler switch and can pump honey from a tank or pail through an intake hose before dispensing it into containers. It can fill approximately 350 to 400 jars per hour, depending on the type and density of the honey. The bottler features a programmable digital display and can dispense quantities up to 45kg.

There are different models available, such as the Lyson Honey Bottler and the Lyson Automatic Turn Table with Bottler. The turn table works best with round glass jars, and the bottler height can be adjusted to accommodate different jar sizes.

It is designed to work best with honey at room temperature or above and uses a flexible impeller positive displacement pump to accurately dispense honey. The surfaces that come in contact with honey are made of stainless steel or food-safe plastic, making them easy to clean. The bottler can also be used to cream or pump honey and is compatible with a turn table for increased efficiency
