Smoker fuel "Apidou", lavender 40 L / 28 kg bag

The fuel is designed to produce cool smoke, which is beneficial for beekeeping activities.

Produced from crushed lavender stalks - does not smell like lavender.

To use Lyson lavender smoker fuel, follow these general steps based on the information available:

1. Prepare the Smoker: Ensure the smoker is in good working condition and has a hot base.
2. Add the Fuel: Add 1/4-1/2 cup of the lavender smoker fuel at a time to the hot base of the smoker.
3. Ignite the fuel using rolled up cardboard, newspaper or your preferred fire starter.
4. Monitor Smoke Production: Operate the bellows repeatedly until the smoke coming out is white smoke (cool smoke) and no longer black (hot smoke). This indicates that the smoker fuel pellets are now smouldering and the fire starter has ignited the lavender pellets successfully.
5. Extinguish once finished As this will smoulder away for up to 12 hours at a time it is important to remember to extingush the pellets and to never leave the smoker unattended.
