Feeder for 6 frame beehive/nuc

This feeder is designed to be much lighter than feeders, making it easier to handle, install, and retrieve in the apiary. It features gaps that are carefully sized to prevent injury to bees and is only 3 mm thick, allowing hive body connectors to be secured properly. The feeder is made of food grade plastic that is also durable, being resistant to substances like oxalic or formic acid and can withstand steam up to 119°C.

After using the cork, it is possible to apply sugar syrup and other liquid bee food.

Provides two areas for feeding (at either end of the hive). Bees climb into the feeder and down the ‘ladder’ to access feed. Holds about 2.8 L

Please note the feeder fits snug into the lid; may require a hive tool to pry open.
