12-cassette LANGSTROTH honey extractor, Ø1200mm, electric drive, automatic, CLASSIC
Cassette honey extractors are designed for larger apiaries. They are characterized by a small number of cassettes in the basket of honey extractors, but for this they are very efficient during centrifugation. The spinning cycle takes place in two directions, and thanks to the guides used, there is no need to manually move the cassettes and the possibility of blocking them.
The drum is made of acid-proof stainless steel, properly reinforced and stiffened, equipped with a trigger.
The stand is made of black steel covered with a layer of paint applied by electrostatic method. Stable and easy to dismantle.
Cassette basket made of stainless steel rods, equipped with cassettes, the construction of which allows the frames to be protected against the breaking of the slices (mesh size: 20×40 mm). The cassettes are connected with each other by means of springs that allow them to return to the starting position. The basket is additionally mounted in two mounts: top and bottom.
Partitions, by introducing partitions made of stainless sheet metal, we get the opportunity to increase the number of cassettes in the honey extractor. The cassettes overlap in this case on one another, but thanks to the sheet baffles, the honey falling out of the slices during centrifugation does not run into the adjacent patch but runs down the baffles.
Transparent covers made of metaplex, giving the opportunity to observe the spin process without having to open them and expose them to the danger of contact with the rotating basket.
0.75kW engine. Honey extractor is supplied with 230V AC.
As standard, we add special pads to the honey extractors to increase the comfort and safety of bee-keeping. Thanks to them, the vibrations of the honey extractors during honey spin are minimized.
The pads are made of PVC (SOFT) material. Very often spinning frames of different weights due to the different amounts of honey they contain. By using LYSON pads you ensure the highest quality of device optimization.
The automatic control has eight programs. The first two programs are designed to work in manual mode, the third program – automatic, have factory settings. Programs from 4 to 8 (automatic) allow you to enter your own settings. Each program consists of 7 steps. At each step, you can set three parameters – step start time, set speed and direction of rotation. The seventh, last step defines the time of stopping the basket of honey extractor.
